TERMS & CONDITIONS

HOUSE iD (“HOUSE iD”, “we”, “us”, “our”)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the HOUSE iD website (www.house-id.com) (the “Website”) and any purchases, products, or services offered through the Website. By accessing or using our Website, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Account Creation
To make a purchase, you may be required to create an account. All information must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to keep your account credentials secure. HOUSE iD is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases. Prices are displayed in CAD unless otherwise stated and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability.

3. Shipping

  1. Free Shipping: Receive free standard shipping within Canada on purchases over $150, and to the US on purchases over $200.
  2. Order Processing: Orders with standard shipping are processed within 3–5 business days and typically delivered within 3–9 business days. US orders may require extra time due to tariffs.
  3. Pre-Orders: If your order contains pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all pre-order items are available. Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page and in your cart prior to checkout.
  4. Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Only one shipping address per order is allowed.
  5. International Shipping: International shipping is $20, and delivery times will vary depending on location.
  6. In-Store Pickup: Complimentary in-store pickup is available at our Vancouver location (701–1431 Continental St., Vancouver, BC V6Z 1R6). Select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout and you will receive an email when your order is ready.

4. Taxes and Duties
Prices displayed on the Website do not include taxes. Applicable sales taxes will be calculated at checkout. HOUSE iD is not responsible for any duties or import taxes.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  1. Items purchased online may be returned in-store or by mail for a full refund within 21 days from delivery.
  2. Items purchased in-store may be returned within 21 days from the date of purchase.
  3. Sale items or promotional discounts are final sale.
  4. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and accompanied by a valid receipt.
  5. International customers are responsible for return postage.
  6. To initiate a return or exchange, email hello@house-id.com with your order number.

6. Product Availability
Products may be available in limited quantities. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, and availability, but cannot guarantee that all products will be in stock or that colors, sizes, or other details perfectly match online representations.

7. Use of the Website
You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

  1. Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content from the Website without permission;
  2. Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Website or its services;
  3. Use the Website in any unlawful or fraudulent manner.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, and text on the Website are the property of HOUSE iD or our licensors. No content may be used without our express written permission.

9. Liability
HOUSE iD products and services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Website or purchase of products is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) in question.

10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve issues amicably. For any concerns, please contact us at hello@house-id.com with your name, order number (if applicable), and description of the issue. Disputes not resolved informally may be subject to binding arbitration in Vancouver, BC, Canada. These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.

12. Policy Updates
We may update these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or other policies at any time. Updates will be posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
